We offer:

1. Measurements made in single-family, industrial and public buildings. We perform acceptance, periodic and modernized measurements.

2. Measurements and functional tests of AC and DC electric vehicle charging stations in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 61851.

Knowledge and equipment

We employ specialists with appropriate SEP qualifications in the field of “E” operation, “D” supervision with electrical measurements and appropriate technical knowledge. Our employees are constantly educating, increasing the area of technical knowledge and in the field of operating the latest devices available on the market.

Our resources include modern measuring devices with up-to-date tests and calibration certificates.

Measurement ranges

For buildings:

  • Short circuit loop impedance measurement (also in circuits with RCDs;
  • Measurement of RCD parameters;
  • Insulation resistance measurement;
  • Earth resistance measurement + soil resistivity measurement;
  • Continuity measurement of protective and equipotential connections;
  • The order of the test;
  • Motor rotation direction test;
  • Lighting light measurement;

In addition, using the function of recording the parameters of 50/60 Hz power networks in class S of the EN 61000-4-30 standard, we can indicate:

  • Voltages L1, L2, L3 – average values in the range up to 500 V;
  • L1, L2, L3 currents – average values, current measurement in the range up to 3 kA;
  • Frequency in the range of 40 Hz – 70 Hz;
  • Active power (P), reactive power (Q), apparent power (S);
  • Power factor (PF), cos φ;
  • Harmonics (up to the 40th in voltage and current);
  • Harmonic distortion factor THD for current and voltage;

For AC and DC charging stations*:

AC outputs protection measurements:

  • Continuity measurements of protective conductors, including conductors in main and additional equipotential bonding;
  • Measurements of the insulation resistance of electric cables, measured between active conductors and between active conductors and the protective conductor connected to the earthing system;
  • Measurements of operational earthing resistance;
  • Checking the operation of residual current devices;
  • Measurements of the effectiveness of protection against electric shock;
  • Phase rotation direction;

Functional tests of AC outputs:

  • Forcing individual A states; B; C; D; E – with voltage and resistance control;
  • Error simulation – checking the station’s reaction;

Load tests*:

  • Voltages L1, L2, L3 – average values in the range up to 500 V;
  • L1, L2, L3 currents – average values, current measurement in the range up to 3 kA;
  • Frequency in the range of 40 Hz – 70 Hz;

Load tests are performed with a static resistive load and with an EV load*.

* – the scope of research and testing depends on the construction, type and configuration of the specified device. Each time we verify the possible scope to be performed.
